Shipments are made via DHL express or Poste Italiane-SDA.  Express shipping in 48 hours is free in Europe and USA over € 250,00 purchase. The cost may change depending on your country from € 20,00 to € 30,00.

For the rest of the world, shipping is free over € 350,00 purchase for delivery in 72 hours. The exact shipping cost will be calculated, depending on your country, at the checkout.

DHL Insurance is a service also available on our website, it provides protection against physical loss or damage of your goods during transportation, it costs the 10% of the purchased goods.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during NOMURI opening hours, excluding holidays.
Shipments are picked up in the afternoon around 16:00 PM from the shipping company, an order received by 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays and weekends) while an order made after 12:00 will be sent the following day.

Both Nomuri and the shipping company send an email with the tracking number to follow the status of your order in real time (to take advantage of this free service, make sure you have provided a correct email address ). The delivery can be customized by following the link of the shipping company which will also notify via sms (for this service it is necessary to give the correct phone number during the checkout).

It is possible that for delivery outside the European market customs duties may be applied, which are charged to the customer.

Nomuri cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, extraordinary weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond Nomuri's control.
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. Nomuri packages are carefully sealed.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the body.
If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt of the package with reservation or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local Poste Italiane or SDA office and to promptly contact Nomuri at info@nomuri.com
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with Nomuri and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to its lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the package is returned to the sender, the customer will pay the additional cost.
